Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS) is a sleep related-breathing disorder with several features such as systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, cognitive impairment and poor quality. Patients SAS have an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. There no real effective treatment that prevents treats all these illness symptoms. Cooling therapies are often used in sport medicine athletes after training competitions to reduce stress enhance In this short article, we hypothesize the use cooling (whole body cryotherapy, cold-water immersion…) could be efficient strategy facilitate patients by reducing level inflammation enhancing
